Call For Papers

Timor-Leste national conference on Information and Communication Technology (TL-ICT) is a national level technical conference aimed at promoting the development of theoretical and practical scientific works and the scholars’ expertise to contribute to the national development of Timor-Leste.

The Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030 envisions the use of ICT to provide for better services, to guarantee transparences and to facilitate good governances that will lead to a better life for Timorese people. In this context, the UNTL and the ANC organize the third of this annual conference series as a technical forum for sharing achievements, identifying challenges and finding new opportunities among stakeholders in the ICT worlds for the development of ICT to respond to social needs in Timor-Leste.

This technical conference invites academia, researchers, and practitioners to submit original contribution, both research and position papers—related with ICTs, especially their development and applications in Timor-Leste. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed for technical merit, and if accepted must be presented in the 3rd TL-ICT conference, either by oral presentation or by poster presentation. Only presented papers will be published in the TL-ICT conference proceeding.
